Hello & Welcome!
Let me introduce myself, I’m Georgie Beuth – mother to two incredible little humans and a sleep enthusiast.
With more than a decade of experience as a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife, I am passionate about helping parents look after their mental and physical health as they settle into life with their little one. After the birth of my first daughter Madeleine, I realised there was a lack of basic information and education for new parents on infant sleep. Sleep is an essential human need and, without enough of it, life as a parent can be tougher than it needs to be.
This experience motivated me go back and study to become a Qualified Sensitive Sleep Consultant. I wish to educate and empower women and families about how to achieve better quality sleep as they transition into parenthood and continue to advocate for the mental health needs of the primary caregiver. My philosophy around infant and child sleep is that restorative sleep is important for a household to function efficiently and effectively and that you need to find a way of settling your bub that aligns with your core family values.
I understand the importance of creating a safe space for parents to speak about the challenges they are facing and I also appreciate that there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach when it comes to sleep. That is why I work hard to build strong relationships with my clients, understand their unique challenges and create a tailored plan to help them achieve sleep in a way that works for them, their child, and their family. I strongly believe everyone deserves to be well rested and that this will help people to not only be the best version of themselves, but also the best possible parent too.
Through education, support and guidance, I can help you turn the dream of a good night’s sleep into a reality.
