I am based in Melbourne, Australia but can offer video calls via FaceTime to anywhere in Australia.
Do you offer in-home consultations?
Yes! Please see the Dream Big Package. $80 travel fee applies for those that live >25km from Armadale, Melbourne, Vic.
How long will it take me to see results?
This all depends on your level of commitment to the process and your little one as every Bub is different, however with consistency you should see results within 3 days - 3 weeks.
What are your credentials?
I hold a Bachelor of Nursing, Bachelor of Midwifery and have completed my Sleep Consulting Course through the Institute of Sensitive Sleep.
Why did you decide to become a sleep consultant?
After the birth of my first daughter I realised my true passion lay in supporting & educating women and families in the postpartum period. I saw first hand in working as a midwife how sleep deprivation can attribute to the decline in mental health amongst new parents. I wanted to be able to help families and women whilst working my own hours (full time mum). I have personally been affected by mental illness throughout my life and I want to offer help, support and education to mothers and families in need.
