My Philosophy

when approaching infant & child sleep

☁ Sleep is a basic human need.

☁ I believe in the relationship between sleep & mental health.

☁ I believe applied knowledge = power.

☁ I believe in education, empowerment and evidence-based research.

☁ I believe secure attachment and independent sleep can coexist.

☁ I do NOT support the “controlled crying” or extinction method.

☁ I advocate for responsive settling.

☁ I believe in finding a solution which meets the individual needs of each family I work with.

☁ I believe that the mental health of the primary care giver is of prime importance when tailoring a plan.

☁ I believe in asking for help when you need it. This is brave.

☁ I believe there is no one-size-fits-all answer/approach to infant & child sleep.
