This Package is for expecting parents - you can book in at any stage during your pregnancy, recommended gestation for consultation is 34 weeks

☁ Sleep Resource Guide - Provided within 3 days of initial consultation
☁ Follow Up - 6 week ongoing postnatal support - communication with me via phone call/text or email as often as needed - Monday to Sunday 0900-1700hrs Melbourne Time
☁ Completion - 1 Hour In-Home visit - Check in to evaluate progress, guide, plan and effectiveness upon completion of the six week ‘Dare to Dream Package’ period.
